With over 30 years of experience Serving, Managing and Cooking in the Finest Restaurants and the casual Mom and Pops'. 

Working in Park City, Las Vegas, the Mediterranean and Southern Utah.  

I am excited to present my vision to you and all our guests. 

Southwest Dining with a Cowboy flair, including hand carved Steaks prepared in Cast Iron Skillets and Tacos with a Grape and Serrano Salsa.
